An even bigger space for people who never quite fit in the café or the corporate tower.
Upper Room started with a simple observation: the neighborhoods around España — with UST, FEU, and dozens of independent studios and startups — didn't have a good place to gather, sit down and work for a full day. Cafés were noisy and crowded. Serviced offices and events hall were over-designed and over-priced.
So we built the rooms we wanted to work in. Warm light. Solid wood tables. Chairs you can sit in for eight hours. Fibre internet that never blinks. And enough room to breathe in while getting things done casually or urgently.
You need the space? We want you to fill the room. In the heart of Espana where everyone looks up to, literally.
This is, the Upper Room.

Main Hall
UP TO 35 PAX₱3,000 / 3 hours
Succeeding hours: ₱800 / hour
Conference Room
8–15 PAX₱500 / hour (8 pax) ₱50 per pax / hour (9-15 pax)
Note: Limited noise only
Events Hall – Half
50–100 PAX₱8,000 / 3 hours
Succeeding hours: ₱2,000 / hour
Events Hall – Full
100–250PAX₱10,000 / 3 hours
Succeeding hours: ₱2,500 / hour

WE ONLY ACCEPT ADVANCE BOOKINGS
Terms and conditions
- — Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit is settled.
- — Full payment is due on or before the event date.
- — Reschedule with at least 7 days' notice; the deposit moves to the new date.
- — Succeeding hours are billed per hour at the rates listed above with prior approval if there are no other conflict of confirmed bookings.
- — Payments are final and non-refundable.
- — Lost or damaged furniture and equipment will be charged to the client.
- — No outside catering or open flames due to fire hazard and building managment policy.
- — Preparation and clean-up time are included in the booked hours, and the space ends at 10:00 PM.
