Upper Room started with a simple observation: the neighborhoods around España — with UST, FEU, and dozens of independent studios and startups — didn't have a good place to gather, sit down and work for a full day. Cafés were noisy and crowded. Serviced offices and events hall were over-designed and over-priced.

So we built the rooms we wanted to work in. Warm light. Solid wood tables. Chairs you can sit in for eight hours. Fibre internet that never blinks. And enough room to breathe in while getting things done casually or urgently.
